People around the world are becoming increasingly aware of their rights to a psychologically safe work environment.
According to BBC, "Around 1/3 of people in the U.K. have experienced workplace bullying."
As part of the International Workplace Bullying Awareness Week initiative, we present ‘This is Me', a poetic representation that offers the perspective of targets of bullying in the workplace, read by professionals across the globe showcasing the power of collaboration: 'The Power of Us'.
There is no turning back. Together our voices will continue to be heard.
We ask that you choose to be the one, the leader, the organisation, and the country, on the right side of this change.
Say NO to bullying.
Create a safer workplace.
