Watch the recording of our first Families Together in Nature event - Self-Care in Nature, featuring Nicole Jackson, Kari Kleven MSW, LICSW, Sonny LaForm, LSWAIC, MSW and Renā Trujillo. In this workshop the concept of self-care is explored and looked at through an equity lens. Caregivers, parents and practitioners are also given tips on how to practice self-care in nature and teach it to the children in their lives to improve everyone’s overall mental health and emotional well-being.
