Who says that women over 40 can't tone and shape the booty! In this video Coach C takes you through a booty building workout that you can do at home or gym.
In order to grow and strengthen your glutes it is important to understand the anatomy of the glutes and their function. That way you can put your mind to the muscle you are working i.e. mind muscle connection.
Here are the exercises in this video:
MAIN WORKOUT:
** Wide Stance Dumbbell Goblet Squat
(3 sets X 12 reps)
** Dumbbell Good Mornings
(3 sets X 12 reps)
** Dumbbell Romainian Deadlifts - Partials (RDL's)
(3 sets X 12 reps)
** Dumbbell Frog Squats - can be done as bodyweight
(3 sets X 10 reps)
REST FOR 60-90 secs BETWEEN SETS
BOOTY BURNER FINISHER:
Standing Side Leg Raise TO Body Weight Hip Thruster
(3 sets X 12 reps)
NO REST BETWEEN SETS!!
