Red J. Bird is one of the main characters of the popular mobile game Angry Birds when he fired off a slingshot to beat up Green Pigs that took their friends' eggs. This was until the corruption came and Red is a powerful bird, capable of manipulating the sludge he's infected with to summon arms as well as use various powerups he had in previous games. He also found his way (and some infected birds and pigs) to the world of Plants vs. Zombies, now siding with an infected Peashooter. Red appears rather unassuming, still resembling the red round canary all are familiar with, having thick eyebrows, black tail feathers, and red plumage. Upon corruption, he now gains the ability to use all of his powerups from previous games as a way to attack Boyfriend, as noted by his poses (like Super Bird) and the mechanic where he swings his cutlass.
