𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬/𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬⁣⁣
Malangas (5 pieces) ⁣⁣
Sal/Salt⁣⁣
Queso crema/Cream Cheese⁣⁣
Queso Suizo/ Swiss Cheese⁣⁣
Culantro Leaves ⁣⁣
Leche Evaporada/ Evaporated Milk (25 % of one can)⁣⁣
⁣⁣
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡):⁣⁣
1. Peel and cut Malagas, place in pot, and cover with water and add salt.⁣⁣
2. Cook until malangas are soft.⁣⁣
3. Add half of the malangas to the blender with some of its own liquid, Cream Cheese, 2-3 culantro leaves and 25% of a can of Evaporated Milk.⁣⁣
4. Blend, then add the rest of the Malangas and little more of its liquid.⁣⁣
5. Blend.⁣⁣
6. Add salt to taste and if too thick add some more liquid or milk. ⁣⁣
7.Blend and serve.⁣⁣
8.Topped with two slices of swiss cheese.⁣⁣
9. Place in the microwave for 2 min to melt cheese.⁣⁣
