Sky News' John Sparks reports from Bor County, where lush fields have become lakes after two years of record flooding.
Thousands of kilometres of rich agricultural land are now lying under water, devastating the local community.
The entire ecosystem, in an area of some 1,300 square kilometres, has changed beyond recognition.
