Taoist Chanting: Ching Mei Lai Dau Foh - Pure and Refined Ceremony Honouring the Dippers

We are happy to present this video of Taoist chanting, which was created and produced at our International Centre in Mono, Ontario (www.taoist.org/internationalcentre).

Master Moy Lin Shin came to Canada in 1970. Master Moy dedicated his life to helping others by teaching Taoist Tai Chi® arts, including including Tai Chi, Lok Hup, Chanting, Meditation, Taoist Festivals and Ceremonies, Health Recovery, Hsing-I, Tai Chi Sword and Tai Chi Sabre.

Chanting helps increase our own health. It helps benefit others as we chant on their behalf and it brings together many aspects of our Taoist training. We hope that you will find the "Pure and Refined Ceremony for Honouring the Dippers" to be of great interest and great benefit.

The life-changing Taoist Tai Chi® arts are based in the Taoist tradition, in which true health comes from cultivating body, mind, and spirit to achieve harmony within the self and with the universe.
