Curry recipe.
1tin of chickpeas.
4 small sweet potatoes. Chopped in to bit size bits and pre boiled for 10 minutes.
1 tin of chopped tomatoes.
1tin of coconut milk.
1 clove of grated garlic
1 pics of grated ginger(same size as garlic)
100 grams of spinach
1 red onion
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1 tablespoon of flour.
Half a tea spoon of coriander powder
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Half a teaspoon of chilli powder
-Add onions, garlic and ginger. Cook until softened.
-add chopped tomatoes
-add spices and book until a paste is formed
-add chickpeas and mix well coating alll the chickpeas.
-add par cooked sweet potato
-add spinach and cook until wilted down.
-add coconut milk bring to boil and then simmer until the sweet potato is cookies through.
Serve.
