Here are my best tips for Full camel pose practice, a tutorial for Kapotasana. This short tutorial will give help you learn how to do kapotasana, which is a deep backbend.
Make sure to come warmed up, do some shoulder flossing, some low lunges to warm your hip flexors and some back warmers like cobra lifts.
This is a deep backbend that also requires a lot of shoulder mobility, as well as an open chest, so all of those components need to be warm and open before you try to enter this pose.
Always listen into you own body and stop when you feel you've reached your limit. There is no point of pushing it, you will get there with practice, so go slow and have fun with it.
