Marwa was born on June 24, 1989 in Cairo. She learned very early on to play the lute. She is gifted and encouraged by her family. She studied at the Conservatory of Arabic music, where she was known for her talent and perseverance. She did not hesitate to represent her country at the third edition of the Star Academy-Lebanon where she did not go unnoticed.
