►Step-by-Step◄
-Start out with clean, dry nails and apply your base coat
-Use white as your base color
-(Optional) Protect around your nails with the barrier of your choice
-In your cup of water, create a bullseye using all 7 colors
-Using your orange stick, draw in your design then carefully dip in your nail(s)
-Clean any excess polish off of the surface, then slowly pull out your fingers
-Remove protection if used, then clean up around the edges
-Finish with top coat!
