▶️ Filling 馅料:
30g Garlic & shallot 30克 蒜米红葱
120g Minced meat 120克 肉碎
1 tsp Salt 1茶匙 盐
40g Carrot 40克 胡萝卜丝
500g Yam bean (Jicama) 500克 沙葛丝
4 tsp Sugar 4茶匙 白糖
1 tsp Pepper powder 1茶匙 胡椒粉
Corn flour water 玉米粉水勾芡
▶️ Crystal skin 水晶外皮:
150g Tapioca flour 150克 木薯粉
150g Wheat starch 150克 澄面粉
1 tsp Salt 1茶匙 盐
480ml Water 480毫升 清水
2 tbsp Cooking oil 2汤匙 食油
