Running list of corrections to this I'm remembering to make:
2:26:07 - It is not faster to enter Ikana with Epona. Bomb boosts are faster, and it's faster still to damage boost off of the bubbles in the area. I think I got this mixed up with traveling from Gorman Racetrack to Great Bay, where using Epona actually is faster because she's already there without calling her.
