December 4, 2025 Zebulon Sustainability Advisory Board Meeting Camera E Raw Footage Part 3

This is the raw footage that I recorded from Camera E (An LG Fortune 3 Smartphone) of the Zebulon Sustainability Board Meeting that took place on December 4, 2025. In the Executive Conference Room near the Council Chambers inside the 2nd Floor of the Zebulon Town Hall. The reason this raw footage is separated is that this phone films clips in increments of 33 minutes. This feature of the phone does mean a couple of seconds of footage are lost if you combine both clips in a editing software. But luckily, I filmed the forum with four other phones. So anything caught on this phone that's in that transition period would be caught on the four other phones.


Of course, this raw footage isn't very watchable from a viewer's perspective. So I'm editing it all together in a viewable video that will be out once its done.


I, Nicholas Walton, for openness & transparency, and I’m disclosing that my
relationship with the Town Of Zebulon is solely me being a Resident and a Zebulon Board Of Adjustments Appointee. With which my appointment was undemocratic & shady, as you can see proof of this in the description down below. In addition to that, I haven’t been sworn in, trained, nor served in the position even though I’ve been on the Board for a year and change. I’ve filmed this meeting out of my own free will. I’ve done so because our town government doesn’t record nor livestream the meetings of the Advisory Boards. When they do livestream Board Of Commissioner Meetings, Work Sessions, Joint Public Hearings, and Certain Special Called Meetings.


This is obviously ridiculous, it’s a massive failure, and it shows a lack of openness & transparency from our Town Government. When it's their job as elected officials to be the opposite, my goal in doing all of this is to pressure our Town Government. To use our taxpayer dollars, to give more funding to East Wake Television (Who is the organization that livestreams all the Public Town Government Meetings that are livestreamed). Or at very least they can record all Advisory Board Meetings through Microsoft Teams in the Council Chambers. At no additional cost to the Town, which they did during October 27, 2025 Zebulon Planning Board Meeting. So, they can ensure all Public Town Government Meetings are livestreamed and/or recorded. And I will not stop doing this until our Town Government fulfills my demand.


The next Zebulon Sustainability Advisory Board Meeting will take place in the Executive Conference Room near the Council Chambers inside the 2nd Floor of the Zebulon Town Hall on February 5, 2026. And I will do the same I did for this meeting for this upcoming meeting.
