This is "Surprise!!" (TLL 2061) which is a live performance by Junko Yagami and her band "Rockupation" (featuring collaborator/husband J.J. Stanley on keyboards/background vocals) at the Nakano Sunplaza Hall in 1986. This was shortly after the funky, synthy, city pop albums "純"/"Pure" & "Communication" were released. It's quite the energetic performance!
