Chromatic Scales offer their own unique challenges but much of that is due to the lack of frequency with which we are called on to sing them. In this video I take you through numerous examples of vocalizations to get your voice and ear working in order to help you anticipate where the next note is going to be. Knowing where you're going helps to avoid tension and poor intonation.
Additionally, adding some chromaticism to your melodies can really jazz them up! Want those bluesy licks? Check out a little chromaticism.
