Amazing, delicious and easy puff pastry pie. Filled with ham, curry, spinach, cream cheese, peanuts and other delicious ingredients. It is yummy as dinner or lunch and it is freezer-friendly.

You will need:
2 sheets of puff pastry
12.3 oz of ham
14 oz of cream cheese
2.6 oz of fresh spinach
1 red bell pepper
1 onion
1-2 tbsp of curry powder
Salt and pepper
1 lightly beaten egg
350 degrees F convection for about 25-27 minutes.
