English negative questions are tricky for several reasons.
First, there's the grammar. And second, the answers can be confusing. Should you reply yes or no? The answer may surprise you.
And third, you can sound like you're nagging if you use them inappropriately. Nagging means complaining a lot and nobody likes nagging.
