Here is episode 4 of our series exploring Happy #Chocolate! We like to think of Happy Chocolate as chocolate that not only pleases the palate and is top quality, but also serves the whole supply chain.
We are dedicated to leading trips to cacao origin (join us on our next ones: Vietnam, India and/or Ghana!) in order to see for ourselves, document and then share what we find with all of you! Most chocolate out there is a far cry from Happy Chocolate.
Yet, there are so many exciting organisations, businesses, and people who are really changing the old extractive models, and we are also committed to holding them up, celebrating them, asking the difficult questions and trying to inspire people to be more thoughtful about their daily spending choices. We remain hopeful that with more transparency and exposure, together we will shift the status quo.
