Here is the vocal effects chain from the multi-talented, multi Grammy Award winning Mix Engineer, CHRIS LORD-ALGE. Whether working on his SSL or in the box in Pro Tools, you'll commonly see CLA use a Vocal Plate, Stereo 1/4 Note Delay, and a Mono Slap Delay to achieve his huge vocal sound.

In this video I break each effect down step by step and show you how Chris uses each, from the pre-delay on his Plate Reverb to the milliseconds of his Mono Slap, its all here.
