With all the cultural identities that we have in our classrooms, how can we better promote acceptance and understanding through culturally responsive pedagogy. Stó:lō educator, and recent graduate of the University of the Fraser Valley. Currently working, living and exploring the traditional, unceded and ancestral territory of the Ts'elxwéyeqw peoples. Passionate about social justice reform, culturally responsive pedagogy and strengthening school through inclusion and diversity. UFV's 2020 recipient of the Lieutenant governor’s medal for Inclusion, Diversity and Reconciliation.
