The Kind Mother Dog Used Her Remaining Strength To Protect Her Puppies!

A mother dog named Jules and her little puppy Verne were found in very poor condition — weak, frightened, and in urgent need of help. Jules’ head was badly swollen, and both were suffering from severe skin disease, malnutrition, and internal parasites. Tests also showed that Jules had liver problems, and one of her eyes could not be saved.

Even through the pain, Jules never left her puppy’s side. She kept protecting Verne with all her remaining strength. The two had been wandering alone for days until rescuers found them and brought them to safety.

At first, Jules’ condition was extremely fragile, and she needed constant care and monitoring. But with time, love, and medical attention, her swelling began to go down, her health slowly improved, and her gentle nature returned. Jules even started playing with kittens and showing affection again.

Little Verne also recovered beautifully — playful, curious, and always close to his brave mom.
After more than 75 days, both Jules and Verne made a wonderful recovery, becoming healthy, happy, and full of life. The rescue team is now preparing to help them begin a new, brighter chapter, because they truly deserve a safe and loving home after everything they’ve been through.
