On Sunday the 11th of September, following His Majesty The King's Proclamation at the Accession Council at St James's Palace in London, the Cayman Islands held its proclamation ceremony at Government House in Grand Cayman.
His Excellency The Governor, Martyn Roper, read the Proclamation of the new Sovereign as the Judiciary, Parliamentarians, other dignitaries and the community gathered together to witness.
The people of the Cayman Islands join others around the world in mourning the loss of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
