3D Printing Legolas Knives | Lord of the Rings Weapon | LOTR Cosplay Prop Sword

Hello Everyone,
I'm sorry I have been away for so long. In fact, this build was scheduled to be released several weeks ago, but some life changes happened to get in the way. On Jan 28 I lost my love of 19 years and my life to an unexpected health condition. Everything for this project and others were filmed and recorded before my life imploded. They constantly encouraged me to develop this channel and my prop collection, because we both were fans of the same genres. Even though the wounds are still very fresh, I need to do something (to work on something), so I will pick up where I left off and begin by releasing the projects. I ask you to please continue to bear with, there are good days and there are bad days, but I will take it a day at a time and keep moving forward.
On that note I hope you enjoy my interpretation of Legolas' knives from the LOTR Trilogy and the Hobbit Trilogy. I designed these to be 3d printed in order to keep the blade thickness realistic. The design is kept simple (3 pieces) in order to make assembly as easy as possible. To elevate the knives a little more, I applied gold leaf to the grip. The technique is actually really easy and affordable, check it out:)
