Easy Fall Pumpkin Floral Arrangement | Heirloom Pumpkins & Mums

Join me in the garden on a beautiful fall day as I arrange a easy fall pumpkin arrangement. I take you along as I cut from the flower cutting garden and the greenhouse. Using an heirloom pumpkin and mums as the focal of the design along with Peonies foliage and a few other goodies from the flower farm.



Pumpkin Spice Creamer:

1 can sweet condensed milk
4 Tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp.. Cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla

Instruction: Mix all ingredients together. Place in jar with lid. Keep in fridge (up to 1 week). Use in morning coffee in replace of creamer.

Oatmeal Raison Bread (makes 2 loafs):

2 packs of yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup oats
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
7 tbsp butter
2 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup raisons
5 1/2 - 6 cups flower
1/3 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon

Instruction: In a small cup dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water (let stand for 5 mins or until foamy). In a large bowl stir in boiling water, oats, brown sugar, 3 tbsp butter and salt until lukewarm. Beat in eggs, 2 cups flower, raisons and yeast mix. Add in remaining flower and knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.

Mix cinnamon and sugar. Roll out 1/2 dough and spread 2 tbsp butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar. Roll into a loaf and place into a greased loaf pan. Bake 350F for 45 mins.
