Overview:
----------------
Provide a power supply and dual audio buffers for a Naim NAC282 Preamp (or 82, 202, 102, etc.), including:

Supply two 5-pin outputs like a Naim HiCap, each with two +24VDC (4 total).
Supply one 2-pin "Aviation" output of +18VDC, like a Naim NAPSC.
Input XLR stereo source, and output stereo RCA, plus Naim 5-pin.
Input Naim 4-pin preamp signal, and output stereo RCA.
