We picked up this battered Citroën C4 for under $10K, once a true WRC-winning platform. Piece by piece, we stripped it to the bare shell, welded in a seamless roll cage, rebuilt the chassis, and swapped in a tuned Evo engine. New forged internals, StopTech brakes, Öhlins coilovers, BBS wheels — everything rebuilt for pure rally performance.
