It's a deal described as the beginning of a new path to peace. Leaders from Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo have signed an agreement aiming to end the long-running conflict in eastern DRC. US President Donald Trump hosted the leaders in Washington, DC—and at the same time, signed deals on access to minerals.
