⭐️⭐️RECIPES⭐️⭐️
⭐️ COCONUT LENTIL SOUP
2 onions
- 4+ garlic cloves
-
3 large carrots
- 2 cups parsley
- 2 cups dried lentils
2 tbsp tomato paste
6 cups water (or broth)
(if water add 1 tbsp soup mix)
1/2 tsp cumin
or coriander powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
2 dried bay leaves
pinch blk pepper
-1 can coconut cream
⭐️ APPLE CHAI CIDER
-4 apples chopped
-1 tbsp cinnamon
-1 tsp ground ginger
-1/2 tsp all spice
- 7 cups water
more or less
⭐️CINNABON CINNAMON BUN RECIPE
Copycat recipe with healthier tweaks
Dough:
-1 cup milk
(I used almond milk)
-1 1/2 tsp yeast
-1 tsp baking soda
-2 large eggs
(or no eggs but VEGAN: 1 tbsp ground flax
seeds + 1/4 cup water & 1 tsp vinegar)
-1/3 cup melted butter
(or coconut oil)
-1/2 cup sugar
(or honey)
4 1/2 cups flour
(I used half white spelt
& half oat four)
Filling:
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 tbsp cinnamon
-1 tbsp honey
Topping:
-1.5 cup powdered sugar
-7 tsp water
DIRECTIONS
-Mix dough with spoon or hand for 5 mins
Or mix in stand mixer for 3 mins
-Let is rise for 45 mins or until doubled
Pat dough into a large rectangle around 1/2 inch thick
-Drizzle filling on top
-Roll into log
-Cut into 1.5 inch buns
-Rest for 25 mins to rise
-Bake for around 20 mins 375F or 190C
