Defamation Row: MUA Insurance CEO Takes on Nation Media Group

MUA Insurance CEO Lydia W.W. Kibaara has threatened to sue Nation Media Group over alleged defamatory reports in the Business Daily. Through her lawyers, Danstan Omari & Associates, she accuses the publication of publishing false claims that tarnish her reputation. The demand letter seeks a retraction, apology, and assurance against future coverage or else a major legal battle could unfold between the top insurer and one of Kenya’s biggest media houses.
