Ukrainian Civil Defense teams are searching for survivors of a Russian attack on the Western City of Ternopil that killed at least 26 people.
That’s as the US and Russia are reported to have drawn up a peace proposal to end the war.
Top pentagon officials are visiting Kyiv for meetings with their Ukrainian counterparts.
