Simply irresistible! One from my Afghani family heritage and a firm favourite.

This aromatic pulao is cooked in an intensely aromatic stock with the lamb left meltingly soft. With no chilli in it, it makes a wonderful family meal centrepiece.

Make some raita, or simply put some creamy natural yogurt on the table and you’re done!
