Dividing perennial plants, Geums and hardy Geraniums, Autumn garden vlog

I do LOVE Autumn time in the garden, in this week's garden vlog, I am attempting to split and divide perennial plants. I split a Geum and some Hardy Geraniums to create more plants for free for my front border.
