Int8Mt16 Matt 16 15 to 19 Revealed - Two Greek Insights Invisible in English Translation

Two insights from the Greek text of Matt 16:15-19 which are nearly invisible in English translation are shared by Rob McIver in this video. He identifies two future perfect periphrastic tense constructions in Matt 16:19, which can be translated accurately into English, but which are usually not. He also talks about whether the fact that in Matt 16:19 Πέτρος is a masculine noun and πέτρᾳ is a feminine noun is important for interpretation. It is, but not in the way that many people think.
