【30-minute Seafood Paella】
Gather your seafood loving friends and impress them with this easy-to-make paella recipe.
Ingredients: (Serves 4)
• 1 large onion (peeled and diced)
• 1/2 small red pepper (diced)
• 50g Alejandro Spanish Chorizo (thinly sliced)
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
• 200g El Avion Spanish Paella Rice
• 100g Spain King Seafood Mix
• 10 Spanish Frozen Red King Prawn (defrosted)
• 200g Jumbo Dutch Live Mussels
• 500mL fish stock
• 2 tbsp Carmencita Saffron (soaked)
• 1 tbsp Carmencita Paprika
• A handful of fresh parsley (cleaned and chopped)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• Lemon wedges (to serve)
Equipment:
• Garcima Non-stick Paella Pan (30cm)
Directions:
1. In a large pan, heat oil and add red king prawn. Fry for 8 minutes over medium heat and set aside.
2. Sauté onion, red pepper and garlic over medium heat until onion turns golden.
3. Add chorizo, fish stock and saffron (with water). Add paprika and rice, and cook on medium to high heat for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
4. Add seafood. Cook for around eight minutes, or until seafood is cooked through.
5. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with lemon wedges.

• ½個 小紅燈籠椒(切粒)
• 50克 Alejandro香辣豬肉腸(切薄片)
• 1湯匙 橄欖油
• 1湯匙 蒜蓉
• 200克 El Avion 西班牙米
• 100克 西班牙國王什錦海鮮
• 10隻 西班牙急凍紅蝦(解凍)
• 200克 特大荷蘭活青口
• 500毫升 魚高湯
• 2湯匙 Carmencita 番紅花(浸泡 )
• 1 湯匙 Carmencita 辣椒粉
• 少量 新鮮番荽(清洗後切碎)
• 鹽和黑胡椒(適量)
• 檸檬塊(上碟用)
用具:
• Garcima 西班牙飯平底鍋 (30cm)
做法:
1. 用平底鍋,將紅蝦煎香約8分鐘後備用。
2. 以中火爆香洋蔥、紅椒及蒜蓉至洋蔥轉金黃色。
3. 加入辣肉腸、魚高湯及番紅花(連水)。放進辣椒粉和西班牙米,用中至猛火煮15分鐘,不時攪拌。
4. 放入海鮮,煮8分鐘或直至海鮮煮熟。
5. 熄火及上碟。灑上番荽碎,加鹽和黑胡椒調味。 放上檸檬塊便可享用。
