🥗 Ingredients (Vertical Style – English | Urdu | Hindi)
● Wheat Flour – 2 cups | آٹا – 2 کپ | गेहूं का आटा – 2 कप
● Grated Radish – 1 cup | کدوکش مولی – 1 کپ | कद्दूकस मूली – 1 कप
● Green Chilies – 1 tbsp | ہری مرچ – 1 کھانے کا چمچ | हरी मिर्च – 1 बड़ा चम्मच
● Coriander – 2 tbsp | ہرا دھنیا – 2 کھانے کے چمچ | हरा धनिया – 2 बड़े चम्मच
● Salt – 1 tsp | نمک – 1 چائے کا چمچ | नमक – 1 छोटा चम्मच
● Red Chili – 1 tsp | لال مرچ – 1 چائے کا چمچ | लाल मिर्च – 1 छोटा चम्मच
● Carom Seeds – ½ tsp | اجوائن – آدھا چمچ | अजवाइन – आधा चम्मच
● Oil/Ghee – as needed | تیل/گھی – حسبِ ضرورت | तेल/घी – जरूरत अनुसार

🍳 Method (English)
1️⃣ Prepare the filling:
Squeeze water from grated radish. Mix with green chilies, coriander, salt, red chili, and carom seeds.
2️⃣ Prepare the dough:
Add a little salt to wheat flour, mix, and knead with water. Rest 10 minutes.
3️⃣ Fill the paratha:
Make a small dough ball, roll slightly, add radish filling, close, and roll again gently.
4️⃣ Cook:
Heat tawa. Cook paratha on medium flame 2–3 minutes each side. Apply oil or ghee for crispiness.
5️⃣ Serve hot:
Crispy Mooli Paratha is ready! Serve with yogurt or achar.
