The Forgotten Side of Cappadocia

Cappadocia is a region in Turkey that has an incredible history and geography. Over the past few years it has especially become known for it’s hot air balloons. Millions of tourists come from all over the world to ride a hot air balloon, and often will leave before seeing the many other incredible sites in the area.

While the balloons are an incredible experience, there is so much more that Cappadocia has to offer. We spent 10 incredible days in Cappadocia. For our first 3 days in region, we booked a tour guide who took us around the area visiting awe inspiring churches, caves, and landscapes. Our stops included:
