Описание:

If you truly want to find Brazilian Portuguese podcasts for beginners and Intermediate level students, you do have to define what beginner is. And that's what we''ll talk about in a moment and a few options that I think are suitable for you as a beginner.

For a full list of the Brazilian Portuguese podcasts, please go here: https://portuguesewitheli.com/2019/09...

Here’s my take:

A beginner is someone who has under 60 hours of study under their belt. They probably understand some basic conversation, and they’re just starting to read longer sentences. It’s hard for them to read and understand at the same time, but with patience, they can get it.

A Guide from Beginner to Intermediate: https://portuguesewitheli.com/2021/05...

And here are my suggestions.

Suggestion # 1 — Read Brazilian Portuguese Every Day

The first suggestion on our list is very self-serving. It's the read Brazilian Portuguese Every Day podcast (https://readbrazilianportuguese.com/).

Three times a week you have access to one short story that focuses on a specific grammar point or vocabulary field.

Every story is read twice, once slowly and once quickly, and we also include a full transcript of everything he says in Portuguese.

Suggestion of Brazilian Portuguese podcasts for Intermediate Level Students

At the intermediate level, you want to have more broad input about different topics. It’s good if it’s produced for intermediate-level students of Brazilian Portuguese, but that’s not a requirement.

Suggestion #2 - Intermediate Portuguese

Every week we publish a new episode about a common topic of everyday life. The podcast is slowly at a slightly slower speed but with natural vocabulary. In that way you can practice your listening comprehension skills. There is a monologue with lots of natural expressions. After the monologue, there goes a long discussion about the meaning of each expression, their usage, and additional information about Brazilian culture and language.

There is an associated program — the Continuing Education Program — which gives subscribers a full transcript of everything that is said, a full detailed glossary of all expressions, additional materials and expansions, exercises, and much more.

You can access the past episodes of the podcast here: https://open.spotify.com/show/1vF8Rx1...

Suggestion #3 — Não Inviabilize

Não Inviabilize is the kind of podcast you listen to if you like a good story mixed with gossip. In each episode, the host Déia Freitas tells the stories the listeners send her. But she makes it in an interesting way. In addition to that, her pronunciation is very clear and she has a São Paulo accent. But what I really like about it are the transcripts — if you don’t have good eyesight like me, you’ll like that she uses very big fonts on the website. In the transcripts are neatly organized under each episode. It really makes it easy to follow. Because it’s very colloquial, you might find it a bit hard to understand some parts. But if you stick with it, you’re going to like it a lot.

Suggestion #4 — Autoconsciente

If you are into meditation and mindfulness, this is a very good podcast for you.

I recommend this podcast not only for the topic — it's very interesting and has helped me a lot during this pandemic — but for the speaker. Regina speaks very clearly and naturally and her pronunciation is very comfortable for people who are learning Portuguese. She pauses and enunciates words and usually talks about everyday topics — how those everyday topics relate to our lives.

Suggestion #5 — A Nossa Língua de Todo Dia

A Nossa Língua de Todo Dia is a podcast that intermediate-level students may benefit from. In this podcast, Prof. Pasquale Cipro Neto answers questions his listeners send him. The good thing is that most of the questions sent by the listeners are questions learners of Portuguese is a foreign language also have. What’s best, the episodes are very short.

Suggestion #6 — Café Brasil

Café Brasil is a podcast about timely and interesting topics. Each episode has full transcripts. If you’re not quite comfortable with Portuguese yet, you might find this podcast extra hard. But because there are transcripts for every episode, it can get easier. What’s more, the episodes are not that long. You won’t feel tired.
