I have a Nesco American Harvest Gardenmaster dehydrator with one solid insert (for fruit leather). I hadn't gotten around to (or even thought about) buying more of the inserts, so that's why I initially dried my sprouted grains in the oven. It took my friend Dee Dee to tell me that parchment paper could be used and now, this is the only way I am going to dry my grains! It only took about 6 hours (instead of 2-3 days)! Here's how I did it (and why you shouldn't let your grains sprout too long).
Quart-sized wide-mouthed mason jars Screened lids (these are the ones I use in the video http://a.co/d/ePaWvXV )
