Topps Cricket Attax presents to you this awesome Cricket board game. You will get a game board and:

17 player tokens for each team
42 field cards
30 chance cards
1 scorecard
1 dice

KNOW THE CARDS

The batting team uses the dice to decide how many runs have been scored per delivery. The bowling team uses the CHANCE CARDS & the batting team uses the field cards.

The CHANCE CARDS contain three types of cards

Ground Shot Cards
Wicket Cards
Lofted Shot Cards

Grab a wicket with the WICKET CHANCE cards, whether an LBW, Runout, Bowled, or Stumped.

GROUND SHOT means that the batsman has hit a ground shot on your delivery. Similarly, a LOFTED SHOT means that the batsman has hit a lofted shot on your delivery.

In the case of a wide ball, the bowler has to deliver one more delivery and one extra run is added to the batsman's score. In case of a NO BALL, the batsman cannot get out and gets to play the delivery again along with one extra run. This is done by rolling the dice.

The field cards show the field position where the batsman has played the shot. For example, if the batsman has picked a deep mid-wicket field card, then it means that the shot has been played at deep mid-wicket.


HOW TO PLAY

STEP 1: TOSS

Roll the dice to decide who goes first

STEP 2: SET THE GAME BOARD


Place two batting tokens on the pitch if you are batting. Similarly, place the bowler, wicketkeeper, and the 9 fielders in case you are bowling.

STEP 3: BOWLING

Shuffle the CHANCE CARDS and bowl a delivery by picking a CHANCE CARD.

STEP 4: BATTING

The batsman scores runs by rolling the dice, and the number of the dice denotes the number of runs scored.

In case the batsman scored 6 runs, the bowler has to pick a CHANCE CARD. In any other case where the number of runs is other than 6, the batsman picks the field card to check where the shot has been played.

STEP 5: FIELDING

If the fielder is present in the fielding position on the gameboard then it means that the shot has been fielded, and 1 run will reduce from the batsman's score.

If the batsman has played a lofted shot towards the fielder then he would be out. A new batsman comes in this case, and the game continues.

PRO TIP: You can move the fielders around before every delivery! Save runs and take catches by moving around your fielders.

STEP 6: KEEPING SCORE

Once a delivery has been bowled, played, and fielded, fill in the scorecard with the details of runs scored, wickets taken, and extras.
An over is completed after 6 deliveries, and you can play for as many overs as you want!
