Curd - 1 Cup
Potato - 5/6 Small Size
Onion - 1 Large Size
Oil
Salt
Coriander Leaves
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Peanuts
Garama Masala - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seed - 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed - 1/2 tsp
ENO - 1 tsp
Chopped Garlic - 8-10 cloves
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Green Chilli - 2
