This energising 30 minute class is designed to strengthen and sculpt your entire body using light to medium weights. We’ll move with intention through controlled, pilates-based strength exercises that target every major muscle group - leaving you feeling powerful, balanced and connected.
Equipment: A set of dumbbells, light-medium weights recommended (1-4lb)
Level: All levels (this class can still be done without the use of weights)
