New theater overhaul. One squad only but with up to 25 interchangeable units that you can bring along. HOCs and Fairy usages are still the same except you're limited to only one fairy now for your only squad. You are also given 5 retreats as opposed to only 2 before. You should also note that you can't mix SF and G&K units. If you pick one side, you commit to that side for the whole node.
Theater points are now set (with the exception of boss nodes) as advantaged dolls no longer provide point bonuses (however, they'll still keep their stat bonuses so it's useful for CE stacking on boss nodes).
New scoring works by finishing fights with given parameters for each node. For example, Core 8 requires me to "Achieve Victory", "No less than 4 surviving T-Dolls at the end of a fight", and "No HGs permitted in battle."
Should also note that SF units don't contribute to some of the required parameters for some nodes such as "Must have X RF/SG/HG/AR/SMG in squad."
You will also get some aid bonuses to help you as well such as increased stats, shield, or free dummy fairy. These vary from node to node.
Overall, theater 7 seems less "risky" as opposed to saying it's easier than previous theaters. It's damage spongy for the most part but it will have moments that can overrun you if you aren't too careful or unprepared.
