Thames Valley Police are investigating reports of two cats shot by air rifles near Carterton. And these are not isolated incidents - up five cats are known to have needed veterinary treatment after having been shot in the area in the last few weeks. Owners have described the perpetrator as ‘sick’ - I went to meet them.
