Sacral Chakra is located near the coccyx (tailbone), two finger-widths above the Muladhara or Root chakra.

1. SACRAL CHAKRA vibrates with a certain frequency which corresponds to specific sound frequencies(303Hz, 606Hz). Listening and meditating along with music made with these frequencies can help immensely in bringing that balance and healing your Sacral Chakra

2. Visualize Orange/Saffron : Orange is the primary color associated with Sacral Chakra, Seeing Orange color in nature can do wonders. Also while meditating, visualize that you are taking Orange Energy in, while inhaling and its going to each and every part of you body... relaxing it.

3. Eating Orange. Eating orange veggies and fruits is also beneficial.
