MG 1100

This is a freshly restored MG 1100 found on Bring-A-Trailer last year. It has been stripped and painted, and a new interior installed. The door panels were made to the original design, but using a modern Houndstooth cloth. The seats are as original with grey piping and we used matching grey carpet and floor mats. There are modern three point retractor seat belts, front and rear. The road wheels are the more attractive Austin America versions with new hubcaps, still being fabricated in England on original equipment. The steering wheel is also the more attractive Austin America version, using the center horn push/MG emblem from an MG Midget. Of course the mechanical systems of the car have all been brought up to snuff as well.

The new owner had one of these when she was young, and now as retired lawyer she is ready to revisit some pleasant memories and share them with her whole family.
