Braving the cold, strong winds, and heavy clouds, I ventured to the northernmost tip of Rhodes to capture this cinematic video just for you. 🌊❄️ Despite the stormy weather, occasional bursts of sunshine pierced through the clouds, adding a striking contrast to the dramatic seascape.
Our journey begins at the famous Rhodes Aquarium, where the waves crash dramatically against the shore. From there, we witness the power of the stormy sea, the breathtaking coastal hotels, and the raw beauty of this iconic Greek island in winter. As Rhodes prepares to welcome tourists for the summer of 2025, the island is in a phase of transformation, with ongoing works and preparations to ensure an unforgettable season ahead.
I had hoped to include aerial shots to capture the full scope of this breathtaking scenery, but with winds reaching speeds of 8-9 Beaufort, flying a drone was simply impossible.
