It's nearing the end of the 4th week of lockdown here in the UK, a situation made all the more frustrating by the incredibly glorious weather we're currently enjoying.
Never mind. Join me onboard Aslan as I prepare and cook a perennial British favorite pudding, the naughtily named 'Spotted Dick' - traditionally served with custard, however as certain ingredients are proving impossible to source at the moment, I serve this dish up with some delicious single cream.
Also in this video, I enjoy a couple of dark real ales, as well as say a thank you for a surprise gift from a couple of viewers.
