Hello, my name is Alina, I live in Kyiv and I love to cook. Today I am preparing traditional Ukrainian dumplings with cherries, blueberries and cottage cheese. This is a universally delicious dish that will appeal to everyone.
Dumplings dough:
flour 400 g (+-)
boiling water 150 ml
1 egg
2 st. l of oil
a pinch of salt
The dough should be soft, elastic and not stick to your hands. You can use any filling, but the tastiest are cherries, blueberries or cottage cheese
