Startin' today at 5AM, the NEW BMT Myrtle Avenue Viaduct is in active passenger service in time for the Monday mornin' rush hour!

After 8 months of construction the M train ran in two sections
-Bewteen Broadway Junction and Forest Hills
-As a shuttle between Myrtle-Wyckoff and Middle Village-Metropolitan Avenue

Throughout the 8 months of construction, the Fresh Pond Bridge and the Myrtle Avenue Viaduct are now in full 24-hour passenger service for decades to come, fully replacin' the one hundred year old fixtures precedin' this project

With eight stations servin' Queens and Brooklyn and the thousands of passengers ev'ryday, this was a complete success to all those who use the line for work, school, etc


This new viaduct includes water drainage and low vibration trackage
